This full-day Blue Mountains trip combines canyoning and abseiling in Juggler Canyon, a winter route known for relatively easy access. What to expect

Expect an active day outdoors with a professional guide leading the group through the canyon and setting up the abseils. You will be shown what you need to know on the day, so beginners can join, but this is still a physically demanding experience rather than a casual sightseeing tour. You will need reasonable to high fitness, suitable shoes, outdoor clothing and at least a litre of water. It is not recommended if you are pregnant, have poor cardiovascular health or have a major fear of heights.
