Rottnest Island Coastal Explorer Segway Tour

This guided Segway tour is a fast, easy way to see more of Rottnest Island in a short time. Over two hours, you’ll travel through the Settlement, past salt lakes and bushland, and out to the island’s northern bays and beaches. It’s a good option if you want sightseeing with a bit more fun than a standard bus or walking tour, and the guide helps add context as you go. Helmets are included.

The tour starts from the operator’s base in the Settlement. After getting set up on your Segway, you’ll head out with your guide to explore a mix of inland and coastal scenery. The route includes the island’s salt lakes, which can sometimes show a pink tinge, along with bushland and the northern side’s bays and beaches. You may also spot quokkas during the ride. Public transport is available nearby. This tour is not recommended for travellers who are pregnant or those with spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health.
